Our oven blew up.
After the smoke had cleared (and a call to Best Buy, a borrowed truck, a babysitter, and a few helping hands later), a shiny new oven stood in its place!
*bling*
I think whoever buys our house will appreciate the new oven. By the way, that's our news. We listed our house last Tuesday night. A possible opportunity to save thousands came up, and even if that doesn't work out, we'll still save money by taking our time and selling now rather than waiting until we have a time crunch next year in order to move up to grad school; and actually, when it comes right down to it, we feel like Heavenly Father wants us to do this now. So we did. ;)

woo hoo for new appliances! Gotta love them! And exciting news about potentially moving! Good luck with all the wheelin' and dealin' of selling the town home! Hope you guys are doing great!

Excuse me?!?!?! You are moving! Where? When? WHY?!?!?!?
Well, if things work out as we hope, we'll be moving into the basement apartment that Mine's parents are going to build into their new house in Saratoga Springs. But they have to sell their house first. And we have to sell ours. And so, we don't know exactly when. If we sell first, we'll rent someplace close by and probably still save money by not paying a mortgage...;)
Oh and Jeni, Mine is going into business/finance/management. Something along those lines. He wants to eventually become a professor. ;)
